These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 77pnl ("77pnl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 77pnl website, platform, games, services, and all associated features accessible at 77pnl.vip and any related domains or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 77pnl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game offered by 77pnl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77pnl Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

To create an account and use the 77pnl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must act on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 77pnl or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by 77pnl for violation of these Terms or any other policy.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number registered in the Philippines, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

77pnl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Your 77pnl account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or accessed by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

You must immediately notify 77pnl's support team if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Until we receive such notification, all activity carried out through your account will be attributed to you and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions taken under your account credentials.

77pnl will never ask for your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, phone call, or social media. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All financial transactions on the 77pnl Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all money movements through your 77pnl account:

4.1 Deposits. You may fund your 77pnl account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards, subject to availability. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 77pnl reserves the right to reverse and return deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by 77pnl during business hours unless an express processing time is stated. For verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 77pnl reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change.

4.3 Transaction Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits may apply to individual accounts. These limits are established in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. You may request adjustments to your personal limits through account settings, subject to 77pnl's approval.

4.4 Currency and Fees. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the payment service provider and not 77pnl. 77pnl does not currently charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but this policy is subject to change with advance notice.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that shows no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 77pnl reserves the right to levy a maintenance fee on dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the account holder's registered email address. Balances in dormant accounts that have not been reclaimed after thirty-six (36) months of inactivity may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

77pnl offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to players with a verified 77pnl account who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the games eligible for playthrough, the contribution rate of each game type, and the time period within which requirements must be met. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 77pnl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, particularly where 77pnl has reason to believe a bonus is being abused.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorization is prohibited.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements.

Each game available on the 77pnl Platform is governed by its individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the rules applicable to that game.

6.1 RNG and Live Casino Integrity. Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on the 77pnl Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios using physical dealing equipment and are subject to independent audit. 77pnl does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Any winnings will be credited to your account according to the recorded outcome. 77pnl is not liable for losses caused by connection issues on the player's side.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game's fairness or integrity, 77pnl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings paid out as a result of a malfunction may be reclaimed by 77pnl.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum will be rejected by the system. 77pnl reserves the right to set individual account bet limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pnl Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, financial fraud, or any activity in violation of applicable Philippine or international law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any game software, security feature, or Platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behavior toward 77pnl staff, support agents, or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the Platform to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other means that obscures your true location, where such access is used to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform policies.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 77pnl support immediately.

All content on the 77pnl Platform — including but not limited to the 77pnl brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 77pnl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the 77pnl Platform without prior written consent.

Game content, graphics, and software provided by third-party game studios on the 77pnl Platform are the intellectual property of the respective studio and are subject to the studio's own licensing terms. 77pnl holds valid licensing agreements for all third-party content displayed on the Platform.

The 77pnl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pnl makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free service.

77pnl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or materials provided on the Platform.
• Errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected through malfunction voiding procedures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities — in such cases, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

77pnl collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 77pnl.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Data may be shared with third-party service providers — including game studios, payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention tools — strictly as necessary to deliver Platform services. 77pnl is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that for some players, gaming can become problematic, and we actively provide tools to help players maintain control over their activity.

11.1 Age Restriction. 77pnl is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. We implement age verification during registration and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

11.2 Player-Controlled Limits. Players may set the following personal limits through their 77pnl account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Maximum permitted losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play duration per session.
• Wager Limits: Maximum bet size per round.

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least seventy-two (72) hours before becoming effective.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion through the 77pnl account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or participate in any game. Promotional communications will be suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

11.4 Reality Checks. The Platform provides session time reminders to help players track how long they have been gaming. These reminders are available through account settings.

You may close your 77pnl account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification is completed.

77pnl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any Platform policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Violation of the single-account policy.

In cases of termination for cause, 77pnl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is determined, to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities. Players who dispute a termination decision may submit a formal complaint through the support channel, and 77pnl will respond within ten (10) business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 77pnl Platform shall first be subject to an internal dispute resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint to 77pnl's support team via the Platform's live chat or email channel, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 77pnl will review your complaint and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after our internal review, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over 77pnl's operations.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.

77pnl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a notice prominently displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 77pnl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
